I think I only paid 8.99 for this Chilean product and that's about all it was worth. Not a bad wine, but nothing that would make me go running back for more.

Too bad. Carmenere is an interesting grape, and there are some good, inexpensive bottles coming from S. America. I've been somewhat fascinated by the El Grano--complex and yummy stuff.
