Pale and transparent. Crisp pear notes. Quite acidic and minerally. Had this with Italian salad with dark olives, goat cheese and roasted red pepper and greens and also with bruschetta with ground pork, roasted tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette at Morgan's Chop House. I did not like this as well as a 2004 vintage that I tasted in 2005 that was more floral and pineapple-like. This seems to be a theme of the last couple weeks that revisiting wines I've liked in the past has had disappointing results.
