2000 elsa barbera

This comes from Argentina. I really liked it with the red sauce Italian food we had tonight. I think I paid only $4.00 for it on sale. I'd buy it again, even for $5.00!

As I recall, Elsa was one of the first to jump on the Malbec bandwagon when it started up a few years back. Oceans of inexpensive Malbec. I've never had the Barbera but since we like that varietal, I'll have to look it up.
