1999 Terre Rouge (Easton) Muscat Blanc, Shenandoah (CA) Valley. As close to an Alsace Muscat as I've found in America. A full bodied white with only 1% RS. It was loaded with fruit and high mountain complexity. Matched wonderfully as we hoped with sauteed chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce. Wish you could have been here.
