Thought I'd start the New Year out on a great note. This 200ml bottle of Icewine was a gift and my first experience with this kind of desert wine. This is a Canadian Niagra Peninsula VQA wine. Shimmering golden amber in color. Nose of apricot, peach and honey. Very syrup like mouthfeel with flavors of rich apricot, honey , peach, orange peel and subtle exotic spices that swirl through and around your tongue for 40+ seconds. 10% alc./vol. If you can find it...get it!
