2006 Lamoreaux Landing Dry Riesling

With Judy out of town for a few days, I made another one of the many spicy shrimp recipes I've amassed. This time it was a nice Shrimp Creole to which I added some extra garlic as well as a healthy dose of Frank's Red Hot sauce. Needed something that wouldn't fight with it and chose the above Riesling. Great pairing! Really nice melon and lime aromas and taste. I think this thing will go another few years. Good thing I have a few more.
