I just opened a bottle of the above, and WOW! Crisp and fruity, but still dry enough to suit me. I'm really beginning to prefer a Seyval Blanc (when I can get it) to a Pinot Grigio (my second favorite) or Chardonnay. And this Seyval Blanc, from the Lake Erie region of New York, is really delightful. I think it was under $10 in my local wine store, too. I'm definitely going to pick up some more to put in my new storage unit. Thanks to the Wine Board and lots of good recommendations, I'm having a great time, learning and tasting.

What is the oak quotient? Have enjoyed many wines from the Lake Erie AVA, mostly on the PA side.

It's made entirely in glass lined tanks, no oak.
