North East Wineries To Visit?

We want to trek around the North East for about a week and visit a few wineries that have a good 1999 vintage Chardonnay.

We have heard of Chadd's Ford, Brandywine PA
and Renault on NJ. Looking for optins from Maryland to Maine, including NY and PA.
