Three more left. Tonight it was with loin ends Teriyaki, pilaf, and peas. Yum!

We popped another 2011 tonight and it just keeps on getting better! We matched it with grilled, yes grilled, fillet steak in bacon rasher, over charcoal and mesquite chips; baked sweet potatoes, and the last of our recent batch of eggplant salad (it contained the last of our red peppers from the garden as well as our own tomatoes and parsley). This was our first grilling on a snow covered deck and may be last this year. Yum!

Almost a complete ditto last night. Had to broil the steaks inside this time, and the salad was a tossed one with our vinaigrette. Yum!

Another '11 tonight. We enjoyed it with broiled tenderloin steak in bacon rasher, sweet potatoes in small piece tossed with EVOO and a teaspoon of Pensey's Greek seasoning and baked; and eggplant salad. Yum!

First 2012 tonight; one which we now have a good supply. Knapp sent six with only $9.99 in shipping. They still offer it. The '12 is just as nice if not better than earlier vintages. We matched with essentially the same meal as last time except we just baked the sweet potatoes. Yum!

We thoroughly another '12 tonight; and we matched it with broiled lamb chops with baked sweet potatoes, and eggplant salad. Yum!

Yet another '12 tonight with rib eye steak cooked restaurant method and sliced tomato. Yum!

Sipping on anther '12 right now, while True Love finishes off a dinner of beef stew with dumplings and red cabbage. Yum!
