Nose is extremely fresh with apple, pear, and white grapefruit; the palate has much of the same. There is also a yeast note in the nose and the palate which adds complexity to this wine. I'd love to see what this would be like if it were sparkling.

We also tasted the semi-dry. The notes are as IK states in his thread. I was bothered by the extra RS on the palate; However, the nose on both wines are fresh and beautiful.
