This is a really nice blush wine. Very pale pink in color; I tasted strawberries and grapefruit. We had it with strip steaks, and although I had wished I had had a red in the house, this turned out to go very nicely. I had put a very spicy McCormick Monterey rub on the meat, and this wine was very refreshing with it. I think I paid $9.99 on special. 12.4 ABV

Sounds nice. In theory, no wine goes with no food. All things being equal, we would have preferred it with salmon or ham. Why? Because we like pink with pink. So, if you like pink with red, it is no big deal.
