Vinted and bottled at estate in Napa County. (Grapes sourced from other vineyards?)
12.5% alcohol
From Merlot, Syrah and Gewurztraminer grapes.
Rosy pink color.
Strawberry nose.
Flavor of strawberry jello (gelatin); tastes almost sweet.
Quite pleasant and versatile for picnic or patio fare possibly with grilled hot dogs, fried chicken, ham and cheese sandwich, potato salad, etc.
Not a serious wine inspiring deep contemplation, but nice. (And pretty in the glass and bottle.)

We've liked the Menage a Trois red blend as a wine to have around the house in the past, as in the better years it shows a distinctive eucalyptus note that we enjoy. I believe the %ages change from year to year, but in the better years it seems to have a dominance of the Zin. Thanks for the notes on the rose.
