2008 Cullinan View Chenin Blanc

A by the glass purchase at lunch today. Had with a pappadelle with gorgonzolla, roasted pine nuts and rocket.

The wines was a sleeker version of Chenin blanc with good acidity to cut through the heaviness of the sauce and worked rather well with the cheese. Good Chenin Blanc nose, if but simple, lack much complexity, nose, crisp and light.
