A thick purple colour. Dark, spice fruit with what I thought was a bit of chocolate on the nose. Round dark fruit that I couldn't identify on the palate. full bodied with a round and soft spice to finish. Medium length finish. Very balanced tanninic and acidic finish. This one is made of mostly cabernet franc. I shall have to try some more from this varietal.
