2000 J. Moreau & Fils, Vouvray, Demi-Sec ($7 or $8). If there could be such a thing as a journeyman Vouvray, this would be it. Don't mean that to take anything away from it. It is a luscious, easy drinking wine that I could easily quaff every day, or have with every "creamed up" light dish such as finfish or chicken breast. Last night we thoroughly enjoyed it with Haddock a la Creme. Always keep a few on hand.
