D fixed eggs benedict when we got home yesterday morning, and what better to pair with that at 10 AM but Taittinger NV Brut? Saved half for supper of broiled chicken and GUMBO! Hot dang, that stuff is good!

She really did a bang-up job on the eggs, too. Yum-ville!
