'03 Chateau de Montfort Vouvray

2003 Chateau de Montfort, Vouvray ($9 NH Liquor Store). Alcohol level 12.5%! Though it was on the sweet side as it should be, it was not that sweet for an '03. Therefore, either there was more alky than stipulated, or they luckely got the grapes picked in time. Very nice Vouvray with a lovely aroma, and full fruit throughout; ending with a lovely finish.

Matched it with Haddock a la Creme, and salad. Perfect!
