2005 Roland Tissier et Fils Sancerre

Artificial cork in this Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit/citrus nose with a hint of pear also. Flavors followed the nose. Pale gold color with clarity. Purity of integrated flavor. Versatile with chicken or fish. I had it with chicken thighs baked in a mushroom sauce. Quite enjoyable.
