Tried a 2 oz. pour at Dean & Deluca Wine Bar in Charlotte between events of the Charlotte Wine and Food weekend. $2.25 for 2 oz.
Pale straw color. Didn't get a lot of nose--was served chilled and I didn't have time to let it sit. Definitely some residual sugar--came across as sweet. Seems a little disappointing to me compared to Riesling but would be a nonintrusive dessert wine with a sweet white cake of perhaps peach pie or tart.

Doesn't sound like a typical Vouvray. Though it is usually a little off dry, it should still be dry enough to have with a rich white fish dish such as haddock in cream sauce.

I've had other Vouvray (don't remember specifics) that I've liked better than this one. Usually it is a good choice to go with a fish entree in a restaurant if you don't want Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay.
