$19
This is a nice sparkling chenin.
It's not champagne-like, as the vintage Huet (I wonder if they could do an NV), but it's good.
Pretty dry, but not austere, there's a nice nuttiness and stonefruit softness to this bubbly. Not real long in the finish, but I'd drink this for a weekend breakfast for under $20 any day.
This is a good wine, and better than most Cremant de Loire.
Stacks up well vs. the lovely Albrecht Alsace Cremant as well.

If you make it to these parts, our garden will provide the butternut squash, sage, and onion, our chickens will provide the eggs, and my wife and I will provide the resulting frittata if you'll bring the breakfast wine

We will definitely be making it to those parts!
Signed a lease in the Benton-Stephens neighborhood last week.
Moving date is first week in June.

Congratulations, and I know you'll like Columbia. You know, if you travel from your neighborhood W on Broadway, you'll pass my school.

Yep, we both lived there in the past and like the town.
I used to live on Ridgeway; I know where your school is.

We'll have to discuss Montessori sometime over wine! Lily is all mine next year, but we're not so sure just what to do after that!
