I'm finding it harder and harder to get into things. Things like bags of lettuce, store packed cheeses, cereal boxes, etc. I find that I have to use my pocket knife constantly, and, of course, you can get into trouble carrying around a pocket knife these days. The worst is the cheese. It is difficult to slide the knife in anywhere and avoid losing cheese. Then you have to cut all around the package to get the cheese out. Nothing tears or slips out anymore. Then you have to scrape off all the cheese still sticking to the package. Is it my age or am I halluciating?

Neither your age nor your brain, IK. I've noticed that many products are using tighter and more durable packaging. I've seen it particularly for those with limited shelf life that can be prolonged with better packaging.

You need to get a SLEDGE-O-MATIC! Works every time.

This is one of the most annoying problems of modern-day life, and I am so glad I am not alone in recognizing it.

Hope it never infiltrates the wine industry--that would be the straw to break this camel's back!

Try getting some of the kids Christmas gifts out of the box that are tied in place with the Zip Ties, without having a fit.
