We're going in tomorrow to see Spamalot. We've had the tickets since last May! The day has finally arrived! We'll be eating at Joe Allen's, a place I love. If somebody in our group drinks wine, I'll try to give a vicarious report. As some of you know, because of medical reasons, I'm on the wagon until further notice. I miss my wine...(whine)

Gosh, me too, Georgie. Sipping on a 2000 Mondavi Napa Cab right now. Wish you were here. Praying for you.

What a fun night. Spamalot is a riot. I laughed 'til my cheeks hurt, tears and mascara streaming down my face. If you enjoyed "The Holy Grail" movie, this will feel like visiting old friends. Just fabulous! Dinner at Joe Allen's was very good and not exorbitant. The only wine ordered was "house merlot" which I heard was good, but since I have no idea what it was, I have nothing to report.

Georgie, sorry to hear of medical problems. Hope you are soon doing better. The NYC outing sounds fun.
I will be attending a Saturday matinee of the touring show of "Hairspray" in Raleigh. Then will have dinner (with wine) at Zely and Ritz and maybe try a couple wines at Enoteca Vin (almost right across the street from Zely and Ritz).

I love the Pythons. I heard the musical was created by Eric Idle and ??? (can't remember who - Neil Innes?) and is supposed to be very funny, with a couple of new songs, but mostly a rehash of The Holy Grail. I never get up to NYC, so I hope it goes on tour. We have seen a lot of good shows on tour in Tampa at the Performing Arts Center.

Sorry to hear you can't drink any wine. Hope that will change soon?

Rob
