Atkins Diet ?

Wonderful work, Georgie! My cholesterol is down too but from statins (which I really didn't want to take) rather than from diet alone. I lost about 13 pounds the first part of the calendar year and then hit a long plateau. Hope to resume the loss with a summer diet of more salads (and fresh fruit) and less cooked meals.
