how about this for a teachers first week back with the kids.

Monday night after the first day back and BAAAM, lightining strikes close to the house. Knocking out the computer.
My wife was at school till 6:00 pm each night last week working on her computer at school. She was not a happy camper!

Took out the hard drive. But we wound up with a bigger hard drive and had a CD Writer installed.
A plug for Best Buy. They did the work for $292.00 (plus $60.00 to save my files) and I am sending off $70.00 worth of rebates.

Well, out of bad comes good. Can't imagine having to go back to school yet. Although about this time I start missing the kids and getting itchy to get back. That usually lasts until about 10:30 on the first day!
