Yesterday the governor committed a redundancy; he said that "...all non-essential NY State employees..." could go home at 2PM because of the heat. For those who didn't notice, the redundancy is in the quotation marks.

And then he committed an act of electioneering by issuing to state employees free passes to parks and swimming pools. I guess he must be in trouble.

Maybe the time is right for the wine industry to petition him for something.
