Vine Propagation

I've grown a few vines in my back yard the last couple years and am looking for some good literature on vine propagation.

Specifically I'm looking for a good starter growth tube or peat pot to get vines started and transplanted. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.

There is a great email viticulture discussion group that is through the Oregan State University. It involves viticulturalists, and back yard growers from all over the country and the world.
