Just saw something on the results of the study the Federal Trade Commission did regarding internet sales. Among other things, they concluded the current state laws limiting internet sales is costing consumers a whopping $15 billion a year. For wine sales, in particular, they concluded that if purchasing wine over the internet were legal everywhere, consumers would save an average of 21% over what they're paying now. So, now even a branch of the federal government has come out saying that we should all be able to buy wine (and have it shiped) from anywhere. So far, nothing from Juanita Duggan.
