There is a CD from Narada called Piano Sonotas. Narada, a calssical music cd company receives hundreds of submissions a year from amateur/professional musicians. Thes CD includes 5 pianist that they have picked an they were all sent to NY to play on the 12 foot Steinway at Carnagie hall. Music is recorded live.....wow...my absolute favorite CD and I have many hundreds.....actually...my CD collection outnumbers my wine cellar..... hmmmmm....

I you like Mercedes Sosa, you may want to try the music of Silvio Rodriguez and Pablo Milanes. These three are the most prominent singer/songwriters of the "Nueva Trova" movement in Latin American.
