Chinati Day? You bet. Found out years ago that it is the best way to do Halloween. To avoid getting up from the dinner table every time a kid comes to the door, you just order pizza and pop some Chianti with it; while you sit there passing out calories to younguns. When I talked to WW earlier, he was already into his Chianti and it was 7 AM in Arizona.

As usual IK looked at Hong Kong time. It was a solid 11:46 whenced I talked wif his Innser. Made a lovely carmelized onion, marinara, roma tomato, and garlic sauce last nite that is great with everything from turkey to pork. Made an Angus beef round roast and pourd some over that sucker. The Chianti wuz super. WW
