Those of you who received Roberto's Hot List 11-23: Bring on the Bird! today got your jollies, and also some good info on wines that will work with the whole tamale. His recommendations for Valpolicella and the fruitier side of the Tempranillo spectrum made a lot of sense. He must have been paying attention to some of our suggestions over the years.
