We had a good time last night. The party was at a beautiful home on Lake Norman. It was dark, cold and rainy so we couldn't see the lake.

They had herb roasted pork loin, honey bbq drummettes, Italian meatballs, artichoke and spinach dip, stuffed mushrooms, veggies and assorted deserts.

I took a bottle of Vino Borgia, Campo de Borja Granache, but the hit of the party was a punch with Champaign. It was great, now if my wife can wrangle that recipie from her.

The teachers drew numbers an in order they chose a gift. And they did the game where you could take a gift from someone else or choose a wraped gift. There were two sets of two movie tickets that every one fought for. my wife had them twice but wound up with coupons for two free cinnamon buns from Arbys. There were two sets of them as well (they were the boobie prizes) so the ones that had them got to pick another prize. This time she got a bottle of Moselland Arsvitis, Riesling. Not to bad I took a red wine and came hone with a SW.

These teachers have to get a life, fighting for movie tickets?
