I am back and we are going to have a tasting tonight of over twenty new wines just landed for at least forty people, a celebration of life, resolve and the fact that life must go on. Wish all of you could be here to taste our new babies....

Botafogo,

Ahhh! Sounds great. Wish you were in Northern California.

Did you ever get my mailnote about doing a private tasting for an LA group?

I consider this to be VERY good news:

We had some cancelations for our tasting today and, when I put out an e-mail advising we had space, we were DELUGED with people are now sold out with SRO.... A small sign but an important one of the mood here.

WOW! I don't know if people are being patriotic or want to drown their worries but today is shaping up to be one of the best non Holiday season days in our history. I am posting this as I think it is VERY good news in terms of consumer confidence....

Tell that to the stock market! Actually, I bought a bunch of Microsoft on Friday. Trying to do my part in a small way.

I think that it was a lot of chasing and no catching, if you know what I mean....

Yup, and pictures too!

On a related and humorous note, I almost crashed my car today when I saw a guy in Beverly Hills driving a big 'ol pick-up truck with two dogs in the back and a bumper sticker that said "My other ride is your Mom"!!!

Freedom of speech is one of the things our boys are going to be fightin for so no flames...

And while I'm at it, Bill O'Reilly is interviewing a New York terrorism investigator who, talking about the '93 WTC bombing, said "we spent two years developing a sauce for these crimes".... Hunh?!?!?

I had to do a double take to realize he meant
"SOURCE"!!!!

American diversity at its best, Roberto
