WW, have you heard of Madaline Peyroux?
Nice CD out called Careless Love.

She often sounds like Billy Holiday, but not quite. She's white, young and from New Orleans, I belive. The CD is nice.

Apparently, she is starting to get noticed. Yesterday, as soon as I walked into a Barnes & Ignoble to cash in a gift certificate, stepped inside and like they knew I was coming, the first track on the CD begins, and the CD played along while I sought ways to spend the gift certificate.

Put me a good spending mood.
