Where to go in Indianapolis

I'm flying in to Indianapolis a week from today (Wednesday 7/23) I get in to town a bit after noon and my friends aren't comming in until later that evening.

Is there a restaurant in Indianapolis that I should go out of my way to find in the interum? Does anyone have any favorites?
