I'm planning my wedding in June in Dallas, Texas. Our menu is Spanish Buffet including: Chorizo and Shrimp Paella with Saffron Rouille, Beef Barbacoa, Chipotle Chicken Salad, and variety of Tapas Buffet with Spanish Cheeses, meats, and vegetables.

I'm looking for a white, red, and bubbly wine. We are on a budget and I'm hoping to get them for less than $10/bottle. I also would like the theme going and have Spanish wines served.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Hello Persianrose.

Look for Cristalino Cava (Spanish sparkling); LAN (Rioja red), and Paso e Paso (Rueda white).

You'll get them at around $10 a bottle; with volume discount, maybe less.

If you don't find that particular white wine, you might consider an Albarino.

I see it on wine-searcher for around $10 and a number of shops have it for about $12.
