Any Whiskey fans out there who haven't had this, ought to look for it.
12 yr old pot-still

Lovingly warm and spicy but as mellow as whiskey gets. reminds me of ginger cake.

my favorite whiskey of the moment.

If you like the Redbreast, you might want to try Knappogue Castle 94 and Clontarf Single Malt. Both are triple distilled, like the Lowland single malt Scotch. Knappogue is 8 yrs old and we sell it for about $4 less than the Redbreast. Haven't had the Clontarf yet, but some of the others in the shop have and they like it, but not as much as the Knappogue.
