In the middle of Q4 planning, getting married and a "batchelor" party this week. Heading to Belize to hack my way thru a jungle. Going to visit Tikal in Guatemala. Fortunately wine comes to me in waves. There will be a ton to report when I return on Monday, but KCWhippet's got my back if that spammer comes back... I actually sifted thru my old posts and I feel like to say my tasting notes and I feel that my notes are getting better and more in line with true tasting/reporting. It helps to read your guys notes and use that to guide myself. There's a lot of intimidation in the wine tasting game. You just got to pull them out and let them hang...(yes I am from Texas).
