For those of you on our snail mail list for WINE EXPO I am very interested to hear when you get our Holiday Catalogue which goes to the post office tommorow. Due to the USPS telling us that bulk mail would probably arrive in mid December to east coast addresses, we sent all 20,000 of them 1st class (OUCH!!!!! on the $ front). So, if any of you in the WINE EXPO-ista diaspora out there could give me a call on the toll free line (1-800-WINE EXPO) when you get it I would REALLY be cheered up. Thanks, Roberto

PS, Foodie, how goes it in the Big apple?

Foodie, good gracious! Don't you realize Boto-Robo spends so much time in Rio his English reading skills have grossly eroded. WW

No, Verne, it's my ITALIAN that's suffered gravely due to speaking portugues all the time (they are similar enough to be a BIG problem). As to Foodie's site, it's more a case of I'm so busy I rarely look at many web sites other than this one and allbrazilianmusic.com

did you get my phone message (Verne that is?)

Roberto

Mine hasn't arrived but that's to be expected as we'uns are always treated like poor relations and sent to the back of the bus. WW

Roberto, I just finished reading it--it's slow the day after T'day. I love it; fun and informative. If I weren't self-assured and conceited I'd probably be envious. If you ever have a lot of cash lying around that you would like to invest in a NYCity location, let me know; if not, just send me some of your inventory so that you could have a second opinion...
