here are notes for the 2000 vintage.

2000 Concha y Toro - Don Melchor
Leaves no doubt - this IS the best Chile vine I tasted to date. Voluptuous, fat and expansive, yet elegant, complex and respect demanding.
The sensual nose reveals sweet herbs, vanilla, crushed marble and white chocolate. The fat of a full body is well despised in elegance and complexity so the impression suggests medium body. Impeccably clean palate is seamless and near to perfect balance with elegant fruit in the middle and well integrated tannins in semi long finish. This creation will age well for 20+ years.
