1996 Vinhas Da Faia (Red) Bairrada, Portugal, $8. Blend of Baga and Castelåo grapes.

Nice fullness, slight spiciness and good with thick cut pork chop in wine, garlic, shallot and chili/cilantro sauce with black beans and rice, topped with roasted red pepper and fresh cilantro.
