2004 Vega de la Reina D.O. Rueda 13% alc. $15~

This is a pleasantly dry white wine made "mostly" of Verdejo grapes.

Citric fruits on the nose with a hint of Pineapple and minerals.

In the mouth, good acidity balance goes well with the dryness; to me, the taste is similar to Sauvignon Blanc.

I picked up this wine in the Food and Wine Festival in Epcot last October. From the Spanish whites that I tasted, I think this was a good choice.
