Best Buy of the Year.
A very nice wine with gobs of blackberry flavors and hints of asphalt and dark chocolate. Soft fine tannins on the linguring finish. Not an ager but can easily go a few more years. Here are the two best parts. 12.5% Alc/vol and it's $38 A CASE!!!Whoopie!!!
(BTW, insert "T A R" where asphalt is for my descriptive perception.)

Sounds like the deal of the century. If we hadn't just received a box of Pepperwood Grove Syrah for $65 from Pops, we would jump on it.

How did you happen to find it.

My wine guru at Midway Liquors alerted me to it. I bought 3 cases. I think the most expensive price I've seen over the net is $6. Go figure.

Yah know, I started looking on line for information on this winery and found .... ZIP....which made me only look harder and harder.... turns out that this is made by Bronco Wine Co (the fourth largest wine company in the US). Bronco Wine is best known for Two Buck Chuck.

Thanks for the headsup, I bought me a mixed case to try their other stuff.
