Pearly Bay Celebration NV Muscat d’Alexandrie
Western Cape, South Africa

This is a semi sweet sparkler, running at 8% alc. Nice floral nose, bubbles are a bit fat. Very nice flavors of peach, apricot, apple, and honey turn almost creamy in the mouth , yet it has some a tartness in the finish that refreshes. Not a serious wine, but a tasty one. Great party or large event wine for mixed crowds. Purchased at Whole Foods. Ran me all of $6 a bottle!

Sounds like a great summer sipper for the desert. WW
