Napa Valley. This wine is all about blackberry, black pepper and roasted coffee. Deep purple with peppery blackberry and roasted coffee flavors. Full bodied and the ample tannins kick in on the long espresso, and somewhat hot, finish. Very nice but not worth the $26 price tag. Would match well with a heavily peppered steak or something served with a mole sauce. 14.9%Alc/vol.

If you slow cook 'em "debones disintegrate".
