Domaine Chamfort, 1999


Meaty nose, thick mouthfeel, raisin-pepper finish. At $17.50 quite a PQR. Unfiltered 13.5%

And absolutely perfect with rack of lamb in Madeira-turkey stock-soy reduction with garlic, shallot, thyme and rosemary.
