Vin de Pays d'Oc.
62% Cabernet Franc, 28% Syrah and 10% Merlot.

An unusual and fun wine. Big with intense flavors of dark cherry and blackberry tinged with a bitter, earthiness. Round in the mouth and somewhat rustic. This bottle really delivers for little $. We paired it with homemade spinich and feta stuffed piroggis, sauteed mushrooms and locally made Kielbasa. 14% Alc/vol. $12
