Help for leftovers!

Now that the big day has passed, do people have any every day recomendations to go with all my leftovers?
Particularly turkey with all the fixings and lasagna (made with ground beef).

My preferences are Riesling (Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer), Sauvignon Blanc (French versions), or Pinot Noir for the turkey, and Ripasso, Valpolicella or Chianti Classico for the lasagna, in order of preference.

Had a gewurztraminer with my leftovers the other day, and it matched fine. If you care to spring a little more for your lasagne wine, look for a Rosso di Montalcino.
