This is one of the wines we had today during the weekly tasting at the shop. This is a Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre blend. It tasted a bit hot, as it probably should at 15.4 ABV. A little too much oak for me, so at $8.99 I'm thinking they must have used the tea bag method rather than newer barrels. They don't say what the percentages are, but I'm thinking it's heaviest in Syrah. I really like Rhones, and this was OK I guess, but all in all it really didn't do it for me.
