Opaque ruby in the glass, barnyard and ripe dark fruit on the nose; burst of dark fruit on the palate, lip-smacking, very very nice, moderate finish. $16.99 at Costco and a honkin' 15% alc/vol. With turkey burgers & sweet potato fries. Love it, but a real kick in the arse after a glass of Cava as a warm-up. Getting too old for this.
