I have a special very old madiera wine for the mellenium. What to serve with it?

There are five different Madeira wines, from dry to sweet, and there are a few levels of aging of four of the Madeira wines. So, you need to tell us which of them your wine is.

I do hope you mean Madeira from the island of the same name, and not madeira from California, or elsewhere, which of course could not remotely be considered special for the millennium.
